This guided meditation contains visualisations to help balance and cleanse the seven main chakras that are positioned between the base of the spine and the crown of the head. When these chakras are balanced we can experience improved levels of health and vitality. Each chakra relates to a different aspect of our physical and emotional health so it is important to take our time to focus on some of the different qualities that each chakra possessses.
This class provides a natural progression to the Yoga 2 Hear Chakra Meditation Class 1. The class has been devised and narrated by long term yoga teacher Sue Fuller. Sue is the founder of Yoga 2 Hear and a course author for the British School of Yoga.
