Blood Loss, (book 2 of Jeremy's Run) continues where L.A. Dark left off. The grid is down. The city has begun its rapid descent to chaos. Our five friends begin to execute their plan to escape the city. "Execute" is perhaps the operative word.

Jeremy, Kade, and Karina go to Kar's ex-boyfriend, Eddie, to trade for a decent weapon. Eddie won't trade, and Kade won't take no for an answer. In the meantime, Matt and Sarah, who venture out on their own, are abducted by an armed gang.
